Harley Davidson 1340 Softtail Chopper
This bike was completed in 1998 and rebuilt in 2007
Frame
Complete one off softail frame built by us with underslung Progressive shocks. Black powder coated by Reality Motorworks in Bristol.
Engine
1340cc Evolution engine fitted with Ev27 camshaft and Mikuni HS42 carburettor with K&N teardrop filter and running a Dyna S ignition system.
Bodywork
Front BK fender, modified sportster tank widened by 5 inches and lengthened by 2 inches and 1 inch deeper it has hidden mounts and now holds 4 gallons The rear fender is a one-off item which was fabricated by us with integral struts and tail-light. The oil tank is also a one-off tank made by us and has a capacity of 3 litres.
Forks and Wheels
10 inch wide 1.25 inch thick Roland Stocker yokes with 5 degree rake built in. 6 inch over Chrome Horse forks fitted with 2x four pot ultima calipers, the front wheel is a polished stock Fatboy wheel. The rear wheel is a polished fatboy wheel with the rim machined off and 5 inch rims fitted by Taylormade.

Other items
Handlebars are 1.25 inch Burly bars with 1.5 inch risers and internal wiring. Fitted with Roland Stocker controls. Seat base was made by us and covered by Saxon seats with gel inserts. Roland Stocker forward controls side mount etc fabricated by us. All wiring was done by us.
Paint
Black and candy orange paint with airbrush and pin striping by TJC Design in Bristol.
Bagger Custom Bike
This bike was completed in 2002
Frame
Rear frame from 1992 roadking, engine cradle from 1989 FXR with one off top and down tubes by us. Black powder coated by Reality Motorworks in Bristol.
Engine
1600cc Evolution style engine, Delkron cases, S&S crank and rods, S&S 96 cubic inch barrels, Revtech twin plug heads, S&S camshaft, Jims lifters and rockers, Mikuni HS42 carburettor with K&N filter and running a Pro one single fire ignition system. (producing 93bhp at the back wheel).
Bodywork
Roadking Front fender, 6 gallon Fat bob tanks, widened tail dragger fender, roadking panniers and Corbin seat.
Forks and Wheels
10 inch wide 1.5 inch thick slab yokes manufactured by us, minus 2 inch Roadking forks with Roadking wheels and brakes.
Exhaust
Samson true duals with Supertrapp silencers.
Other items
Handlebars are 1.25 inch Burly bars with 1.5 inch billet risers and internal wiring by us. Fitted with stock Harley chrome controls. Billet forward controls. All wiring was done by us.
Paint
Candy Purple design by Piers Dowel.
Harley Davidson 1200 Sportster
This bike was completed in 2011
Frame
Stock sportster with seat rails removed and replaced with lowered rails. It has a JMC swingarm fitted with 10.5 inch Progressive shocks.
Engine
Stock 1989 four speed 1200 sportster completely rebuilt in our workshop, it is fitted with a Kuryakin Hypercharger.
Bodywork
Front BK fender, 3 gallon one piece fuel tank modified to hide all of the tank mounts, underside of the tank has been modified to take two small 12v batteries which have been wired in parallel. The rear fender is a one-off item which was fabricated by us with integral struts and tail-light. The oil tank is also a one-off tank made by us and has a capacity of 2.5 litres.
Forks and Wheels
10 inch wide 1.5 inch thick slab yokes manufactured by us. The forks and brakes are from a ZR550 Zephyr and the front wheel is from a ZXR750. The rear wheel is out of a 600 Bandit and the rear brake caliper is from a GSX1100F.
Exhaust
The exhaust is a one-off stainless steel system which was made by AWE near Droitwich with black ceramic coating by Reality Motorworks in Bristol.
Other items
Handlebars are one-off made by us using 1.25 inch tube with fixed risers and internal wiring. Fitted with Roland Stocker controls. Seat base was made by us and covered by Saxon seats with gel inserts. Footrests, side mount etc fabricated by us. All wiring was done by us.
Paint
Burnt orange candy paint with airbrush and pin striping by TJC Design in Bristol.

Ultima 200 series Hardtail frame. Black powder coated by Reality Motorworks in Bristol.
Engine

Drivetrain
4 speed ratchet top kicker box with 3 inch open belt primary drive.
Bodywork
Front BK fender, 3 gallon one piece tank with hidden mounts. Rear fender is a one-off item fabricated by us. Chrome Horse top fill oil tank.
Forks and Wheels
10 inch wide 1.25 inch thick Chrome Horse yokes. Stock length Chrome Horse forks fitted with four pot ultima caliper, the front wheel is 3.5×16 spoked wheel. The rear wheel is a 5.25×16 spoked wheel fitted with 200 section tyre.

Upswept dragpipes.

Gulf Racer FXR
This bike was completed in 2008
Frame
Complete one off Cobra softail frame supplied by owner with Fournales rear shocks. Black powder coated by Reality Motorworks in Bristol.
Engine
1340cc Evolution FXR engine fitted with S&S camshaft, and Mikuni HS42 carburettor with Forcewinder filter and running a Crane Hi 4 ignition system.
Bodywork
Front ZXR750 fender, 3 gallon one piece tank with hidden mounts. The seat and tail unit is a one off item which was fabricated by us with integral tail-light.
Forks and Wheels
10 inch wide 1.5 inch thick slab yokes manufactured by us. ZXR750 forks and front wheel with 2x Tokico four pot calipers. The rear wheel is also from a ZXR750.
Exhaust
Supertrapp 2 into 1.
